Project Overview
Tower Five is a new-construction commercial office development in Lakewood, New Jersey. Completed in 2024 for Keystone Developers, the project consisted of approximately 700 tons of structural steel and a comprehensive steel scope from primary framing through specialty structural components.
Blue Wave Steel's team performed the structural steel work required to bring the building from its initial steel framework through completion, coordinating field operations across a large-scale commercial project.

Main Entrance + Custom Canopy
Custom Steel Features
Tower Five incorporated several custom structural elements, including a large projecting steel canopy that creates a prominent architectural feature at the building entrance.
The project also included a custom roof tie-off system, integrating specialized safety infrastructure into the building's structural steel package.
These elements required careful coordination and precise field installation while maintaining progress across the larger structural steel scope.
